- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Jumping out of helicopters and aeroplanes with heavy weights attached, whiplash injury to the neck from a rear impact, compression fracture in the lower back for reasons unknown, and a decent spinal banana bend to the right, have all gone to make my back a bit of a mess. Likewise, in my more senior years, working at a computer for up to 12 hours a day puts a lot of strain on my arms too. And the answer? FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC! (trumpet fanfare), where I am straightened out, deknotted, unfolded, decompressed, and generally made to feel a whole lot better, ready to tackle another week of whatever it might throw at me.
